Fifty For A Farmer are a group of local families in the Illawarra who have watched some of the hardships and heard heartbreaking stories that our farmers throughout Australia are facing during times of natural disasters and have decided to help where we are able.
We recognise the fact that our farming communities are the lifeblood of our country. When our farmers are struggling... our country struggles.
Fifty For A Farmer is not just about donations and fundraising. It will help form bonds and build friendships and trust within the community.
It is also about kindness, generosity, empathy and giving freely of one's time to others.
